Can I really get quality freelance designs over the internet?
Absolutely! It allows for complete collaboration on a wide variety of design projects with proven, effective results. You'll be encouraged to be involved in project reviews and revisions along the way to avoid any faults/misconceptions and ensure you're satisfied with the final design.
Meetings and reviews can be arranged if you're located in Vancouver or Lower Mainland, but it's NOT guaranteed for every project.
Can a smaller business afford your design services?
Not every business has a large design budget or need for extensive media production. And that's no problem! My average designs range in price anywhere from $100 to $10,000, depending on what's involved in the project. A plan is always developed to get the best design for your budget, no matter the budget size or limit.
Are you a company or team organization?
I'm an independant freelance designer/multimedia artist and handle most of the work myself. My versatile skillset (web design, graphic design, custom programming, motion graphics) lets me develop most designs for clients without involving 3rd-parties or outsourcing, saving copious amounts of time and money in the process.
If a project requires another set of hands, the work needed will be discussed before a project starts and you'll be notified if another reliable team or designer will be involved.

- Design Process
If you'd like to start or submit a project, the first step is outlining your project needs, timeline, budget and expectations. An outline or contract agreement will be created and refined until the details and overall project needs are agreed upon.
Once in agreement, the project can begin! Any further ideas/content, company materials and requirements should then be provided via e-mail or phone while project is still in its early stages.
Reviews and revisions to your design can then be scheduled (according to the timeline) via phone, e-mail or Skype. This is often done to ensure you're satisfied with design as it progresses. Upon completion, your new design is launched, provided for your download or sent by e-mail depending on the nature of the project.

- Payment and Billing Options
Initial Billing and Payment
An initial billing invoice will be provided, outlining the project and costs involved.
A minimum of 1/3 to 1/2 of the project total will be needed to start a project, with the remainder provided upon final completion of the design. This requirement may be flexible for repeat and familiar clients.
Existing Website Updates & Maintenance
Website updates and maintenance can be organized by hourly rate or pre-determined retainer. Retainer method works well for getting quick updates as they're needed or if you're unsure of the quantity you'll be needing.
